User agreement

Standard guidelines for accessing and utilizing the CoShareX browser utility suite.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CoShareX website and browser-first utility ecosystem (File Share, Paste, PDF Toolkit, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Direct Client-Side Utility Use

CoShareX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our web utilities. All core calculations, file operations, compression functions, and translations run locally in your client. You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of the files, notes, snippets, or images you process through our client interfaces.

3. No Data Storage or Backups

Because CoShareX does not maintain central cloud file storage or database archives, we cannot recover lost files, deleted text pastes, or corrupted PDF operations. You are solely responsible for maintaining secondary backups and keeping copies of all data assets processed on our platform.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoShareX utilities are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connection signaling or error-free client-side operations. You use these browser tools at your own discretion and risk.
